I found their car listing on Carlist, I Whatsapp but nobody replied. Then I tried my luck to walk in and still nobody attended to me. I was genuinely ready and eager to buy a car on that very day.
I understand that you guys may be busy, but why can’t you at least acknowledge the customer you see waiting and say, “Hi there, all our salespersons are busy at the moment, but we will attend to you shortly. May we get your name, phone number, and the car you’re interested in?” It would take less than five minutes to do so.
But here, the people all sombong. Kita yang betul2 nak beli kereta rasa macam pengemis minta perhatian. Please remember, a salesperson’s income is based on sales. You may perform well today, but it doesn’t guarantee the same tomorrow. In a split second you can be at the top, and the next day you can fall.
I really wonder who their manager is. Even basic communication skills pun tak diajar ke? Takkan sampai perlu masuk kerja customer service entry role untuk belajar cara bercakap?

Big thank you to Nicole for her outstanding service! She is extremely fast, efficient, and professional, making the whole car collection process smooth and stress-free.
What really touched me was that she rushed and arranged everything for me to collect my car today, which is extra meaningful because it’s my birthday and also Valentine’s Day 🎉❤️
On top of that, she even prepared a birthday balloon surprise for me, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture 🎈✨

Recently, I purchased a second hand Myvi, the whole process of buying the Myvi was very pleasant. Jack's service was excellent. He's warmful and friendly, Jack was patiently explaining everything in detail to me who's a first timer in buying a car. The entire process was not stressful at all and thoroughful. It was a great experience and I love my Myvi, I would like to thank Jack sincerely and the Auto Selection for their brilliant service.

When I first stepped into the showroom, I couldn't believe my eyes... all the cars looked brand new!! Absolutely a 5-star rating! First off, the quality of the car is top-notch. Secondly, the price is definitely something we want to know about. No worries here, especially regarding charges and fees. I'm really satisfied with everything. Highly recommended! I appreciate the professionalism and standards. Plus, the deal was super easy to finalize. Jack, the salesman, and his manager were incredibly helpful. I truly appreciate their assistance.
