He followed up with the bankers and made sure the car was in a good condition before I took it (changed some wear & tear parts). Furthermore, he spent close to 2 hours explaining about the car to enable most of the features via Idrive and helped me set up MyBMW app to pair with the car even though it was close to 8pm.
