Advised by friend to deal with Zal. He excel with BMW car which is the most brand you can find at Sime Auto Selection Balakong branch, new and used. Being an expert on BMW doesnt hold him from advising selection from MERC.
Overall experience and interaction with other staff is acceptable. Normally when i visit such show room, i would dress down + sandal to see how they would react.
Instead of "Hi Sir, how can i help you?" i would get this "Eh mau hantar barang tarak boleh parking moto sini"
In the future, i look forward to deal with Sime Auto Selection. Mr Zal, maybe next time a BMW 😄

A few weeks ago, I bought a new Hyundai Santa Fe.
The service I received from the Sales person (dev) Was very good. He was very attentive before I purchased the car. And I received the same level of attention after I purchased the car. Follow up is very important and he did extremely well with the whole sale process. One Of the Support staff, Razlany Very good. He looked after the sale of my previous car and also Process at the jpj. Which can be a nightmare. So both of these Sime Darby team members of great customer service. Both of these team members should be highly recognised by their senior Management.
I’ve had this car now for two weeks and it’s absolutely fantastic. Extremely good today based on the vehicle type features technology and how the car drives. I made the right choice.

She guided me through the entire purchase process and even went the extra mile to assist with trading in my old car.
